Cake and presents are reserved for specific party locations for safety and cleanliness. Some parents choose birthday packages and some prefer to have friends meet up at the rink. We feel very privileged to host dozens of birthday celebrations each month.

If you allowed people to have small parties there without your over priced packages you would have more people coming and you would make more money the right way. To top it off one of the workers ran into my daughter who is 8 and left her there, her 8 year old friend had to help her off because she hurt her knee.Įpic you could be awesome but you're greedy. This establishment is all about the money and not the service. So what? If we're spending 60 dollars for a family of 4 and you are family friendly, what's the problem? Money. I told them that doesn't seem right but her response was, well we'd get 20 million requests a day. When I said no she told me she would not do a shout out for her. She asked me if it was her birthday and I said yes, then she asked if we paid for a birthday package through them. When we had 15 minutes left of our session I asked the woman behind the counter if the dj could do a shout out for my daughters friend. They don't want parties advertised if they aren't part of their party package, in which we were not having a birthday party. I brought a gift in which the staff came and asked for the gift to be removed. Yesterday I took my 8 year old to skate with her friend for her birthday. I've seen girls in thongs with my 6 and 7 year old asking my why there are girls showing their butts. The music videos they play on the big screen are very inappropriate. First off Epic is supposed to be family friendly. On Wednesday and Sunday nights you MUST be 18+ to enter, on Thursday nigh you MUST be 25+ to enter and On Friday nights you MUST be 16+ and ALL GUESTS MUST have a physical, government issued ID in order to enter the building. No one will be permitted in the building who is under the posted age for that session. This includes Cake, Cupcakes, Ice Cream, Ice Cream Cake, ect.ĬAN GUESTS WHO ARE UNDER THE POSTED AGE FOR THE SESSION, WHO ARE NOT SKATING, ATTEND A 16+, 18+ OR 25+ SESSION? No outside food, drinks and or water bottles may be brought into Epic Rollertainment. EVERYONE MUST PAY ADMISSION (even if you are just watching).
